In 2000, after attending a demonstration workshop at Cypress Plaza Cleaners and Rancho Cucamonga Cleaners sponsored by Dr. Sinsheimer, Mr. Moon Noh from San Clemente Dry Cleaning Center becomes the first of eight perc dry cleaners in Southern California to convert to Professional Wet Cleaning and to receive an incentive for serving as a demonstration site.
